John Ellison came to the house, talked with us about what we wanted. Took measurements and sent us a bid. There was no pressure just concern that we get what we wanted and needed. They gave us a start date when we signed the contract and took us to pick out the tile. Sent several pictures of shower doors for our approval and kept us up to date with what was next. They are friendly, clean up after they work and are respectful of the home. My wife and I are in our mid 70's and these things are very important to us. We highly recommend this company.
